At AotumeDoll.us, we are dedicated to providing the best dolls at the lowest prices. Each doll is custom-made for you with the specific options you select.

Order Cancellation

Order processing begins within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once production of your sex doll has started, cancellations are subject to the following rules:

• Within the first 24 hours: 80% refund.
• Between 24 hours and 3 days: 50% refund.
• After 3 days: Orders cannot be canceled.

Shipping Information

Please ensure that the shipping information you provide is accurate. We do not offer refunds if the delivery fails due to an incorrect address.

Quality Inspection and Returns

All AotumeDoll.us undergo official quality inspection before leaving the factory. If your doll has any defects upon arrival and has not been used in any way, you can notify us within 3 days of receipt to arrange for a return. However, we do not cover return shipping costs.

If the damage is caused by you, we cannot replace your doll. Sex dolls are not indestructible, so proper care and handling are essential. Learn more about sex doll cleaning and care here!
